Our virtual hotel number comes with the 24 hour hotel receptionist who will greet callers with the appropriate greeting such as "Welcome to XYZ Hotel, etc." Callers will have options of calling directly our guests' rooms by dialing rooms' extensions or pushing "0" to reach hotel's front desk receptionist. The receptionist will ask for the room number or the name of the guest and upon being given the right information she/he will route the call to any number our clients would specify. It could be a cell phone, satellite phone or any U.S. or international number anywhere in the world. Upon transfer to a room's extension, our clients will identify a call right away, and they will have an option of either answering it as if they are in a hotel's room or sending it to the room's voice mail which will identify itself as a hotel's room voice mail for the room number 123.
