1. Welcome to the ALIBI Postcard.com website terms and conditions. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. We may change the terms and conditions, the price of the services and the range of the services any time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.
2. Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that are part of this Site (collectively referred to as the "Contents") are copyrights and/or other intellectual property owned, controlled, or licensed by ALIBI Postcard. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole, or in part any of the Contents, the Site, or related software.
3. All published products are available and the prices are final.  Prices quoted are in Euros, all payments are to be made in Euros. . (Your credit card providers will charge the order in your local billing currency). Online payment system is provided by Paypal and its third party supplier/s. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms of Paypal. ALIBI Postcard is not responsible for Paypal services.
4. When you place an order for a postcard (or any other type of service), you will be asked to complete online forms providing for: your name, address, email address and telephone number. This information is required to process, complete your order (including the sending of a confirmation email to you). We may collect and process the quoted data untill we recieve regest via email to delete your data from our database. Please note that, in accordance with European personal data protection laws, strict security procedures are observed within ALIBI Postcard to prevent personal data misuse and unauthorized access.
5. Prices quoted include delivery to the mailbox of address you provided. Delivery is normally made within 1-2 weeks. Delivery is provided by post and its third party supplier/s. Please ensure you are aware of the current terms of Post office. Alibi Postcard is not responsible for Post office services.
6. This version of the terms and conditions shall become effective on 1st September 2010.
